Overview
Tim and Eric have a collective dream to make the greatest movie that the world has ever seen. The only problem is that they need one billion dollars to make that movie a reality. Through a series of unlikely situations, the two are actually able to fund their one billion dollar budget and the movie-making process gets underway. Less than halfway through shooting, the two realize that they are not cut out to be movie producers and directors and they fear that they may have to pay back the one billion dollars after the movie falls apart. They come up with an idea to revamp an old shopping mall to generate the money they need. But, just like with the movie production, bringing the old shopping mall back to life is not as easy as it sounds either.
