Overview
Marion Cobretti, nicknamed Cobra, is a lieutenant in the Zombie Squad, a division of the LAPD. His specialty is being called in to solve cases that his fellow police officers can't get to the bottom of. During a hostage situation he learns of a new breed of serial killers who are out to rid Los Angeles of the weak so that a master society can rule the world. The Night Slasher is the leader of this psychopathic gang, and it's Cobra who figures out it's not just a lone serial killer at work in LA. While he hunts them he also has to protect a model who was an inadvertent witness to one of the murders. Cobra eventually eliminates all of the killers except their leader. The Night Slasher and Cobra finally meet in a fight to the death inside an abandoned factory, which Cobra wins by impaling the Slasher and burning him alive.
