| Overview
Will, Jay, Simon and Neil are good friends and sixth formers at Rudge Park Comprehensive School. Will is basically the head of this group of boys, who show varying degrees of brightness and insecurities. Will wants to get into university and tries to get close to Mr. Gilbert, their teacher, who isn’t all that interested in getting deeply involved in the lives of his students. Jay is a compulsive liar and obsessed with girls. Neil tends to gullibly believe his lies. He’s not the brightest of the lot, but girls tend to like him. Simon is easily provoked to anger and irritation. He has a volatile relationship with Carli, a girl he has known since they were both eight. |
