Overview
CEO, Walter Black, is in trouble. The toy company he runs is headed into bankruptcy, his wife has kicked him out of the house, and he and his oldest son are estranged. While Walter is staying in a hotel attempting to end his life, he comes across a beaver hand puppet in the garbage. He dons the puppet and begins to communicate solely through the beaver. He seems to be getting back on track by using this unusual communication method to cope with depression. When his wife finds out that the puppet is not a part of a professional treatment plan, she leaves home with their children. Walter must consider a desperate course of action to get rid of the beaver puppet which is now controlling his life.
