When Dr. Emma Lloyd, relationship and love expert, speaks to Sophia on her radio show and advises her to call off her engagement to firefighter Patrick, she has no idea that her advice will effect her own engagement. Patrick sets out on his own path of creative revenge. With the help of his tech savvy neighbor, he makes a fake record of his own marriage to Dr. Lloyd. Emma is told that she can't marry her perfect gentleman, Richard, because she's already married. Once Emma and Patrick finally meet things become even more complicated. For Patrick, who finds himself falling for Emma, it's no longer about revenge and Emma battles against her growing attraction to Patrick while trying to save Richard's heart and his business. |
