Overview
Bastian is initially thrilled when his father remarries and he gets a sibling, a stepsister named Nicole. However, he and Nicole do not have very much in common, and she has no patience for his tales of Fantasia, a magical realm that he helped to save in the past. Bastian has bigger problems, though. Some bullies gain access to the book that serves as the portal between this world and Fantasia, and they use it to travel there and wreak havoc. The ruler of Fantasia soon begs Bastian to put things to rights by recovering the book and removing the hoodlums from Fantasia so they can no longer corrupt it. If he is going to accomplish this task, however, he will need help from Nicole.
