Two sisters, Jenny and Lisa, arrive in a small Colorado ski town and find only corpses. They finally meet the town sheriff and two deputies. One of the deputies is killed by a creature. Meanwhile, a man named Timothy Flyte is approached by the FBI due to his theories about creatures that have mysteriously destroyed past civilizations or groups of people in remote locations. They all travel to the Colorado town and meet up with an Army unit, but nearly everyone is killed leaving only Jenny, Lisa, the sheriff and Flyte. They must then fight to defeat what Flyte calls the Ancient Enemy, something that has been hidden in the earth for eons waiting to destroy humans. |
