Overview
Sam and Dean Winchester are brothers tasked with hunting down rogue ghosts, demons, vampires, and similar creatures. Following in their father’s footsteps, these boys fight the monsters and beasts that invade Earth, while seeking answers to their family history and pasts. However, although they’re close and constantly joking, Sam and Dean battle their own inner demons on a regular basis. Sam seems timid and intelligent, but inside he’s seething with paranormal abilities that were accidentally bestowed on him as an infant. Whereas, Dean is strong, courageous, but always longing for a family life for himself. As their hunts become more powerful and intense, the brothers discover that their biggest problems aren't merely with the smaller beings that go bump in the night. They’re also up against angels, reapers, death, and even Lucifer himself.
