A young alien and his family are accidently sucked in by a NASA satellite intended for rocks and soil samples. The young alien makes its way into a single mother and her children's van while they are moving from Illinois to California. After moving into their new home, one of the two brothers sees the baby alien causing damage to the house. Eric, who is wheelchair-bound falls into a lake trying to apprehend the alien. The alien saves him from drowning. Eric and his new friend Debbie set a trap to catch the alien and prove that everything he has been telling his bother and mother is the truth. FBI agents trace the young alien down after he causes a mysterious power surge in the town. The kids take him to a birthday party and disguise him as a dancing teddy bear. The Earth family reunites the alien with the rest of his family. A shoot-out occurs between the alien father and the police after the alien steals a security guard's gun. Eric dies in an explosion during the shoot-out. The aliens use their powers to bring him back to life. |
