Overview
Frank LaCrosse, an FBI agent, returns home to find his daughter missing and her babysitter brutally murdered. All signs point to a serial killer who has been on the loose for two years. Desperate to find the killer, LaCrosse goes to Texas where there have been two more murders that fit with the killer. LaCrosse must deal with feuding police officers who are in competition with each other in a local election while trying to also find the killer. When another local is slain by the killer, LaCrosse is just hoping to find him before he disappears for good.
