Ramon Cota is a rich and ruthless Colombian drug lord. He is captured by Colonel Scott McCoy and Major Bobby Chavez and brought into court. However, Cota posts bail and is set free. Chavez is outraged and threatens Cota in court, but Cota strikes back by killing Chavez’s pregnant wife and 13-year-old brother. Chavez goes after Cota, but he is captured, mercilessly tortured and finally killed. Three DEA agents attempt to infiltrate Cota’s camp, but they are taken hostage and set for execution. McCoy assembles a Delta Force team in an attempt to rescue the hostages. He succeeds in freeing the DEA agents but winds up getting captured himself and put inside a chamber filled with toxic gas. General Taylor comes to the rescue and attacks Cota’s residence with rockets, freeing McCoy.
