Overview
After a series of Chicago nurses are stabbed to death, Leo, a rouge cop, decides to track down the killer. Going well outside the law, he entraps the suspect and arrests him. When it is determined that Leo violated the rights of the accused, the suspect is set free. When the murder spree continues, Leo is determined to do whatever it takes to provide a permanent solution to the situation and rid Chicago once and for all of this serial killer.
