The Carboni brothers are three guys who grew up with street smarts in the ghettos of the 1940's. Cosmo Carboni is the oldest brother of the three and he feels that the brothers are not making the most of their opportunities. Cosmo and younger brother Victor are two-bit hoods working for organized crime, and middle brother Lenny is an undertaker. Cosmo notices that Victor has significant talent as a wrestler, so he convinces his brothers to take a shot at the big time by promoting Victor as a wrestler. Cosmo works his conman routine to try and get the group ahead and Lenny watches over Victor. But Cosmo soon realizes that he and his brothers may not be as prepared for success as he had hoped. |
