Dr. Van Gelder has been heavily funded by the United States Navy to create a deep-sea colony consisting of civilians, scientists and military personnel. Unbeknownst to the majority of the underwater population, the doctor and a special team are also charged with installing a nuclear missiles storage facility. As they race to finish the weapons depot, they discover a maze of underwater caverns that threaten the stability of the missiles storage. Furthermore, unexplained disappearances lead them to believe they are being attacked by ferocious creatures. |
