Overview
An enormous piece of the asteroid Orpheus is set on a collision course with Earth after being shattered by a comet. The impact threatens to eradicate life on the planet, and several smaller chunks have already begun causing horrific devastation. The only hope for survival is to combine the fire power of two Cold War satellites heavily armed with nuclear missiles. American and Russian governments must first admit the existence of the satellites and then negotiate a shaky truce in order to wield the weapons in time.
