Overview
A warlock in 17th century Boston is sentenced to death for his witchcraft. Calling upon the Devil, he escapes by being transported to 20th century Los Angeles, followed by a witch hunter sent to bring him back. The warlock finds himself in the home of Kassandra and her roommate Chas, who think he is drunk and allow him to sleep the night there. The warlock kills Chas and goes to speak with a spiritualist. She tells him to locate the three sections of the Grand Grimoire, a witch's reference book that contains the true name of God. The warlock wants to utter this name to undo all of creation. Kassandra and the witch hunter work together to find the warlock before it is too late.
