Preston is a savvy 12-year-old who ends up with a blank check and decides to see just how far it can get him. He makes the check out for a million dollars and cashes it in, and he is shocked to actually have it work. Soon he is living the high life in a mansion filled with expensive toys, weaving a web of lies to keep everyone around him from figuring out his secret. He grows close to the woman who sold him his house, while a rift develops between him and his father. Meanwhile, the gangsters whose money he took figure out who they are after, and Preston must use some of his high-end new gizmos to help him defend himself against these thugs. |
