This wacky comedy picks up where the original Caddyshack left off. When a crass and obnoxious blue-collar millionaire tries to join the country club as a golfing member after his daughter becomes romantically attached to the son of one of its members, he is soundly rebuffed by its upper-crust but stuffy membership. Angered by their refusal to let him join their club, he amasses enough money to purchase the golf course and transform it into an amusement park catering to those with the lowest taste. The action centers around how someone from blue collar society challenges the old-boy blue-blood network and as a result, the millionaire is finally invited to apply for a club membership, enabling his love-struck daughter to reunite with her boyfriend. |
