Overview
Rose and Norah are sisters who live in New Mexico. They are very different, but they have been forced to grow closer lately following the death of their mother. Rose holds down a regular job and has a strong work ethic, while Norah is unemployed. The two conspire to go into business together, largely for the sake of sending Rose's son Oscar to a better school that Rose cannot currently afford. The idea that they come up with is cleaning up after crime scenes and other situations that involve biochemical waste. It isn't a pretty job, but somebody has to do it. Unfortunately, the government says that it has to be somebody with a license, and that is just one of the obstacles before them.
