Overview
A former test subject in an experiment to create the ultimate soldier, Michael, must escape the experiment after it is cancelled. Michael sets about making himself a normal life as a librarian and makes best friends with a police veteran. Michael discovers that a group of fellow test subjects are using the results of the experiment to further their criminal activity. The police have no way to stop the super soldiers, so Michael disguises himself as the Black Mask in order to bring a stop to the mayhem.
