Overview
Kat and Daisy are sisters who work at Mystic Pizza, a restaurant in Connecticut. Also a waitress there is their friend Jojo. The three girls enjoy a close friendship. Tension comes between sisters Kat and Daisy. Beautiful Daisy changes from guy to guy and hopes to find a way to leave behind their small town. Kat is not as glamorous but she aspires to great things as a scholar. She works at the local planetarium and is saving money for Yale, where she wants to study astronomy. Daisy feels insecure because Kat is so much smarter, but she also knows her sister can be painfully naive, especially when it comes to her romantic feelings about the married man whose children she babysits.
