Overview
Ernest P. Worrell is a folksy janitor who just can't seem to do anything right. He always has the best of intentions, but he seems to have a special knack for making a mess of things. Now, it's close to Halloween, and Ernest has managed to accidentally release an evil troll that is bent on the destruction of the world. Somehow, Ernest has to find a way to return the troll to the depths from which it came. He has some help from his faithful dog Rimshot and a couple of human friends who are able to see past his dopeyness to the incredibly decency underneath. Still, there are many disasters that will unfold before he can achieve his goal of defeating the vicious troll.
