Overview
Lula Fortune's tyrannical mother Marietta is determined to separate her daughter from her violent boyfriend Sailor. She hires an assassin to knife Sailor, but he ends up killing his attacker instead. Marietta then sends her boyfriend after Sailor while secretly hiring a contract killer to free her daughter from Sailor's control. Her plans go horribly wrong when the killer murders the wrong man and Sailor escapes. Sailor breaks his parole and runs away with Lula, but the cash-strapped couple must turn to crime to finance their life on the lam.
