Tom and Huck tells the story of Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn after they are witness to a murder. Tom befriends Huckleberry, an orphan, and they go on several adventures together as their friendship grows. Tom must choose between friendship and honoring an oath in regards to who actually committed the murder. Their friendship starts after Huckleberry rescues Tom after the boy falls off a raft into the Mississippi River. Muff Potter is the town drunk, and he's the one who is framed for the murder. However, the killing was actually done by Injun Joe. During the court trial, Tom reveals the truth about who the murderer is and Injun Joe decides to go after Tom in order to kill him. Huck comes to Tom's rescue, and both boys are declared heroes by the town. |
