Overview
Tibby, Bridget, Carmen and Lena have been friends since before they were born, as their mothers attended birth preparation classes together. They are incredibly close, but they are about to spend the summer apart for the first time. In order to make the separation easier, they buy a pair of pants that magically fits all of them despite their differing sizes and mail it to each other. Carmen is meeting her soon-to-be step-family for the first time on a trip to visit her estranged father. Lena goes to Greece to spend time with her grandparents and falls in love with a young man from a rival family. Bridget goes to soccer camp, and Tibby, still at home, meets a young friend while making a documentary.
