Overview
Rose is a rock star in the vein of Janis Joplin. She has a powerful voice that she uses to climb her way to fame and fortune, but she sullies her life with drugs, alcohol, promiscuity and a number of other destructive habits. For a while, she is able to juggle her career and all of these vices, but that kind of life can only go on for so long. As her life begins to spiral out of control, Rose reflects on the choices that she has made and wonders whether there is any hope for a turnaround. Meanwhile, her fans and those who are closest to her contemplate the life that she has built and the legacy that she is likely to leave behind.
