Lizzie McGuire is finally done with Junior High. As the Summer begins, she sets off to Italy on a class trip, with ex best friend Kate, secret admirer and best friend Gordo, and her soon to be High School Principle, Ms.Ungermeyer. In Rome, she runs into handsome teen pop idol, Paolo, who charms her into sneaking out to perform with him. Unfortunately, his plans are less than chivalrous, and Lizzie becomes tangled up in his plot to expose his singing partner and her look-alike Isabella, and take the spotlight all for himself. Meanwhile Gordo tries to bail her out of trouble by sacrificing himself, and Kate realizes how important friendship is. Lizzie must come to realize who her real friends are before it's too late. |
