5-year-old Mowgli's Indian village is attacked by a tiger where his father is killed, but he escapes in a boat, ending up in the jungle where he is raised by wolves. Years later, Mowgli finds himself back in regular civilization where he meets up with Kitty, his childhood love. She befriends him and helps him to adjust to village life. But her cruel and greedy fiance, Captain Boone, hears of a vast treasure in the jungle and determines to make Mowgli take him there. Mowgli sees what a jerk Boone is, but after threats to Kitty's life, Mowgli leads Boone and his band of men through the dangerous jungle. Facing quicksand, tigers, and booby traps, all of Boone's band dies, including himself. Kitty and Mowgli escape, and live happily ever after. |
