Overview
Jack Chester is looking for some rest and relaxation as the summer approaches. As an air-traffic controller, he is extremely tense and must support his wife and three children. They decide to rent a vacation home in Florida to bond and rejuvenate. That is where the hijinks begin. Matching the wrong address with the vacation home, Chester moves his entire family into a gorgeous Florida home. All is well until the owners show up one night. Relegated to a dilapidated home several blocks away, the Chesters try to make the best of their situation. As Jack breaks his leg and receives the ultimate sunburn, the vacation appears to be a disaster. However, a competitive sailing competition is approaching and Chester is convinced he can beat a wealthy neighbor to receive his summer rental for free. The Chesters are about to be tested on all levels.
