Overview
As a professional golfer, Roy “Tin Cup” McAvoy once had it all, but now he finds himself living in a cramped travel trailer on a less that desirable golf range, just trying to make a living. When the beautiful Molly Griswold shows up, wanting to take golf lessons, Roy falls for her, only to find out that she is in a relationship with his former nemesis, Davis Simms. After David shows up and taunts Roy about his lack of success, he decides it’s time to impress Molly by trying to qualify for the US Open. Roy quickly falls back into the sport and his talents show that he still has what it takes. But will his ego and will to please cause him to lose everything again?
