Overview
Detective Tom Ludlow has become an unfeeling and brutal alcoholic following the death of his wife. His captain Jack Wander talks to him about his alcoholism and warns him that bad things happen when people allow themselves to wallow in pity and anger. When Tom is excessively brutal while freeing child sex slaves from a crime lord, he becomes a target for Captain James Biggs who wants to take him down. Feeling pressure from all sides, Tom stumbles into a crime that he never suspected possible.
