Hal Brandston is a typical teenage boy, in love with the hottest girl in class, Claire Bonner. Unfortunately, Claire is already in a relationship with the “big man on campus.” As an unforeseen blizzard hits an upstate New York town, the kids are delighted to hear that school has been cancelled. Can Hal use this free day to his advantage, and win Claire’s heart? As Hal’s little sister, Natalie launches a full out attack on the snow plow driver, to ensure he isn’t able to clear the roadways, his parents find themselves battling their own ordeals. Hal’s four year old brother wreaks havoc with his mom as she tries to close an important business deal, and their father, a meteorologist, fights to maintain the integrity of his job and finds himself at war with other weathermen in the town. |
