Overview
Captain Ivan Danko is a tough, no nonsense Russian police officer who is sent to Chicago to bring back the drug dealer who killer his partner back home. He must team up with Art Ridzik, a detective from the Chicago Police Department, whose unorthodox style and attitude do not appear to be compatible with the Russian's. But when the dealer escapes while awaiting extradition, the pair must join forces to catch a dangerous criminal. While working to bring the man to justice, Danko and Ridzik discover that they have more in common than they initially thought.
