Overview
Kate and John Coleman decide to adopt a child from the St. Marina Orphanage following the end of a year-long struggle for sobriety and a return to a happy marriage. When they meet Esther, a young girl who seems to come from another time, they bring her home and welcome her to the family. Although her parents seem to adore her, Esther’s new brother and sister seem suspicious of the young girl. After several strange events involving the other two children, Kate begins to question what is really going on with Esther.
