A former gunslinger and his cattle crew are threatened by a corrupt lawman which forces them closer and closer to a showdown. Living with honor and true bonds of friendship, the crew are challenged by this lawman and his followers who govern their small town with tyranny and unjust practices. Forced to defend their freedom and chosen lifestyle, they fight it out with the town leaders in this western drama. All the while, the former gunslinger inevitably falls for a beautiful woman within the town which only serves to complicate the turmoil at hand. The requisite violence, romance, and comedy of the Old West all combine to create an epic adventure in Open Range. |
