Overview
After finding out he has a terminal illness, Bob Jones (Keaton), a soon to be father, realizes that he is not going to have a chance to raise his son. As a result, he creates a video diary full of life lessons and stories about himself so that the boy will have some way of knowing his father. Additionally, Bob seeks to heal the relationships from his past by travelling home to see his mother, father and brother. As he tries to mend the broken relationships, as well as the pain in his heart, it appears that he is only making things worse.
