Overview
The Christmas season is coming and all around New York the signs of it are evident. Young Susan is peering through the window of her apartment in order to watch the famous Thanksgiving parade that her mother, Mrs. Walker is in charge of. It appears that Susan is a well-grounded, serious child with her feet sensibly planted on the ground. Something magical begins to unfold as Susan meets the most unusual Santa Claus her mother has ever hired. He amazes her as he lovingly cares for the children who come to see him. Susan is conflicted between the fact that her mother has told her Santa isn't real and this wonderful new character in her life. Santa captures her heart and she comes to believe!
