Overview
Johnny Truelove is a drug dealer and the spoiled, young son of a California mobster. Every day is a party for Johnny, who owns his own house and has a group of loyal friends who do his bidding. When one of Johnny’s regular customers, Jake Mazursky, fails to pay him, Johnny and his pack of followers take drastic measures to get their money back. They kidnap Jake’s younger brother, Zack, and hold him for ransom. Zack is terrified at first, but soon realizes Johnny’s plan and is certain that Jake will pay for his release. As Jake frantically tries to find his brother, Zack begins to take a liking to his captors, forming a brotherly bond with Johnny’s right-hand-man, Frankie. Zack feels less like a hostage and more like a member of the crew, partying and enjoying a carefree lifestyle. However, Johnny starts to feel the pressure as he realizes the consequences of his actions. Is Zack truly safe with Johnny and his crew?
