Two garbage truck workers, Carl and James, uncover a local illegal dumping operation. One day, the two men spy on a woman who is being treated badly by her male companion. To help the woman, Carl and James shoot the man with a pellet gun, then hide while enjoying the prank. This man is identified as local councilman Jack Berger. He is strangled by a stranger and left in a garbage bin. The next day, Carl and James find the councilman and decide to stash the body to avoid implication. The two seek the help of another man named Louis who makes the situation even worse. In the end, the real hit men kidnap Carl and the girl and plan to dispose of them in the illegal dumping ground. However, they manage to escape and rejoin the others. The group fights the dumping ground workers and uncovers the real killer. |
