Overview
Matt and Casey seem to both be happy high school sweethearts, but Casey is having depression issues she hides from Matt. When Casey attempts to kill herself, her parents have her committed to a psychiatric hospital. Matt breaks her out of the hospital and the two head for Mexico. On the way to Mexico, Casey begins to have issues again and Matt needs to fend off another suicide attempt. Matt must convince Casey to go home and get the treatment she needs.
