Overview
The year is 2058, and pollution is making earth uninhabitable with its irreversible results from the global warming that has been in effect. Preparing the life-friendly planet Alpha Prime, within Alpha Centauri, for colonization, Professor John Robinson, the leading scientist of Jupiter 2 Mission, will take his family along to begin the colonization process. With a unique space ship, the Jupiter 2, allowing for faster-than-light travel, the family begins the process of the journey and the provision of stable gates that will allow departure and arrival on Earth and Alpha Prime. A terrorist organization, however, has bribed Dr. Zachary Smith to sabotage the mission; he mistakenly becomes a stowaway as the ship blasts its way to Alpha Prime.
