Overview
When his girlfriend Linda leaves him and moves in with her new boyfriend Anton, Sam goes to New York to win her back. He sets himself up in an abandoned building across the street from her apartment to spy on her and to try and figure out what to do next. Soon, he learns he’s not alone. Maggie, a tough-looking motorcyclist, also has her eyes set on the apartment across the street. She is seeking revenge on Anton, who happens to be her ex-fiance. The two decide to team up to break up the happy couple, but things get interesting as Sam and Maggie begin to have feelings for each other.
