Overview
A lockdown characterized by chaos captures the city of Los Angeles. The situation is experienced after a bunch of three robbers led by a sycophant called McMasters storm into a police station and holds everyone hostage. The robbers demand a hefty ransom; else, they kill everyone in the police station. Fortunately, Roger Kinkaid, an FBI agent, uses specialized tactics and knowledge to overcome the criminals and rescue the hostages. This leads to a dilemma of how the criminals will escape after the ransom is paid.
