Overview
Thirteen astronauts from America, Russia, and the Soviet Union have just gone through grueling training, and now they're ready to fulfill their dreams. On September 12th of 1968, the Rocket launches with a crew of four from Cape Canaveral in Florida. They will be the first humans to fly into space twice in one day. Eventually, their mission is scrubbed due to bad weather in Russia. Meanwhile, back on Earth, their families cope with not knowing what's happening with them as they try not to worry about their safety. Their families must be brave and steadfast as their loved ones interact with the world above them to pave the way for humanity's future in space.
