Overview
In the follow-up to the movie Grumpy Old Men, John is still married to Ariel and is still fighting with Max. The two men are still trying to catch Catfish Hunter out of the lake when Maria buys the bait shop and puts a crimp in their plans. Pooling their resources to run Maria out of town, the men will stop at nothing to regain their fishing spot. John's dad spends his days chasing the affection of Maria's mother, along with his usual drinking, smoking and fishing. However, Max eventually falls in love with Maria and wins her affection, ending his animosity with her.
