Overview
Peg Dahl, an otherwise ordinary woman, finds herself in an absolute mess in the debt collecting circles of Buffalo, NY. She gambles on her witty banter and high intelligence to make enough money to leave New York and enter an Ivy League university, but comes to understand the true cost of her tuition once she is accepted. Serendipity strikes when a random phone contact opens the door for her to participate in debt collection. Peg takes to it like a duck takes to water, and she eventually runs her own front. Reflecting on her path, she realizes that in order to win at what she sees as a man's game, she becomes something she doesn't quite like in the mirror.
