Overview
Scott is a 30-something stand-up comedian who couldn't cut it in Los Angeles. Going broke, he has no choice but to move back in with his parents in Eastern Long Island. All Scott can wonder is why he's failing and hasn't figured out his life by now. Marty is an aging dermatologist who meets Scott first at a club while drunk and then through work. Although funny and charismatic, he's also an alcoholic. Marty can't understand what happened to his life. These two lost souls strike up a friendship and try to help one another heal and take control of their lives.
