After being the only surviving firefighter of his Manhattan fire company after the 9/11 attacks, Captain Owen Strand makes a big move from the comforts of Manhattan to the rugged Lone Star State of Texas. In Austin, a firefighting office is destroyed by an accidental fire. It is up to Captain Strand to rebuild the company and continue to save lives in Texas. Although Captain Strand is in charge of protecting those who are most vulnerable, he also has his share of problems. The firefighter must learn how to balance his own personal problems in conjunction with saving lives. |
