King of the Arctic, Norm the polar bear, should be settled into his new life. Yet, instead, he's overwhelmed because of difficulties trying to remain close to his mate, Elizabeth, their three cubs and handle his duties to his people.
While Norm tries to sort things out, a thief manages to steal his crown. Without it, an endless winter could occur in the north.
