Overview
Originally written by noted children's author Roald Dahl, the plot's surrealistic undertones and wry humor see the lead character enter into a magical world of compelling imagination and imagery. The story concerns a young orphan boy who goes on vacation with his grandmother to a charming hotel in a laidback seaside town. While there, the boy discovers that a meeting of the world's most evil witches has gathered to host a summit on the hotel grounds. After a witch casts a spell on him, the boy must put forward his best effort to save humanity from the evil machinations of the head witch and her band of cruel followers.
